You can make the purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you provide (if you use a credit card in payment). Once credit card authorization is received, we will proceed the shipment. If credit card authorization is not received, your checkout will be cancelled.
Proof of Purchase
Macafe will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is confirmed. You should print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase. Also, if you have included a valid email address with your order, we will also send you an receipt when your order is shipped.

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and DOES NOT include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorization, in the case of credit card).
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holiday.

Prices
Macafe endeavors to offer you competitive prices on selected discount and hot products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable packaging and shipping charges. Macafe reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at Macafe at any time.
Product Availability
Macafe makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated arrival date provided by Macafe at checkout. The estimated arrival date does not including weekend and Hong Kong public holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, Macafe will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
Given the popularity of some products, Macafe may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on Macafe web site. This information is subject to change.
Macafe endeavors to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, Macafe reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.
All products sold are in good condition and guaranteed authentic and are final. No cash refund will be given under all circumstances. If you found the package delivered to you is damaged, please send email to order@macafe.hk in the period of 15 days together with your order number, our sales representative will study the case and will consider making compensation if fault appears in our side. Subjected to the product's availablitiy, if the product will not be available in 4 weeks, we may give you another product at the same price or lower, but there will never be a sales refund. Customer may need to consider that the payment of postage for the return of exchanged product in their own expense.
Please note that the macafe.hk (hereunder "Macafe") DOES NOT permit the return of used or damaged by mis-handle product.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact Macafe Customer Services by email (cs@macafe.hk). Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.
